2. Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase define the procedures for ordering, payment, delivery, returns, and product complaints for items offered on our website.

The supplier (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) of the products offered on this site is:

The Buyer is any natural or legal person who selects at least one product via the online store, completes the electronic order form, and sends it to the Seller.


3. ORDERING AND CONTRACT FORMATION

Orders in the Vukman Trade j.d.o.o. Webshop can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Ordering Process:

  • The webshop offers a range of products to Customers.
  • By clicking on a product name, image, or “Details”, more information becomes available.
  • Clicking “Buy” adds the product to the shopping cart.
  • The cart is accessible at the top right corner of the webshop. Customers can review or modify selected products.
  • To complete the purchase, click on “Checkout”.
  • Orders can be placed as a registered or guest user.
  • During the order, the Customer provides full name, address, phone number, and email.
  • Acceptance of Terms of Use is required to proceed.
  • After choosing a payment method, click “Place Order” to confirm.
  • An automatic email confirmation will be sent.
  • A purchase contract is concluded once Vukman Trade j.d.o.o. receives payment.
  • Shipment is confirmed via email; the invoice is sent with the delivered product.

4. DELIVERY

Delivery is made within 48 hours for all locations in Croatia, excluding the islands of Vis, Pašman, Ugljan, and Rab where the delivery may take up to 4 working days. Sundays and national holidays are not included in the delivery timeframe.

For orders paid by bank transfer, the delivery period begins once payment is received. For credit card payments, delivery begins 3 days after the order is placed.

Customers must inspect the goods upon receipt. Any visible damage must be reported immediately to the delivery service or the package should be rejected.

The Seller is not responsible for damage caused during delivery but will assist in resolving such cases.

Delivery is to the entrance of the building. Delivery personnel are not required to carry the goods beyond the building entrance.

Goods are insured during transport. If the goods are not received within 15 days of order confirmation, the Customer must notify the Seller to trace or resend the shipment.


5. RETURNS – EXCHANGES – CONTRACT TERMINATION

Customers may return a product within 15 days from the date of notification of unilateral contract termination, provided the product has not been damaged through Customer’s actions.

Returned goods must be in original packaging and include all contents.

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

Exchanges:

The Customer can exchange a product within 15 days without providing a reason, as long as it is undamaged and in its original packaging.

If the replacement product is of lower value, the difference will be compensated in goods. If it is of higher value, the Customer and Seller will agree on how the additional amount will be paid.

Once the Seller receives the returned product, the replacement product will be shipped within 3–10 working days.

The product must be returned undamaged and in original packaging, including labeling, to the address from which it was shipped.

The Customer is responsible for any decrease in value due to usage or mishandling.

6. COMPLAINTS

The Customer has the right to complain if the delivered product does not match the ordered one in quantity or quality.

Complaints must be submitted in writing to: arijanvukman.de@icloud.com

Complaints regarding quantity will only be accepted if the product is returned in original packaging.

A written explanation of the reason for the complaint must be provided before returning the product.

If the complaint is justified, the product will be returned at the Seller’s expense. The Seller will refund the Customer’s payment including statutory interest within 7 days of contract termination.

After receiving the returned product, the Seller will perform a quality check to determine the damage and whether repairs are possible.

Complaint resolution time is 15 working days from the date the product is received.

The Seller is not responsible for damage caused during delivery handling.


7. ORDER CANCELLATION

If the ordered product is unavailable or cannot be delivered for any reason, the Seller will notify the Customer (by email, phone, or in writing). The Customer may accept a new delivery time, cancel the order, or choose another product.

If the Customer cancels the order, the Seller will refund the payment within 7 working days.

If the contract is terminated before shipment, no costs will be charged. If the product is returned after delivery, the refund or exchange will be processed within 7 working days from receipt of the returned goods.


8. COMMENTS AND COMPLAINTS

Under the Consumer Protection Act, Customers may submit written complaints by post, fax, or email. The Seller will respond to all comments and complaints within 15 days of receipt.

9. ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The European Commission has established rules to simplify and promote access to digital content and e-commerce across the EU. The Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform strengthens consumer trust in online purchases.
